Don't miss the opportunity to purchase a wide variety of great materials at a reduced price! Our used book sales benefit the library and put books in readers’ hands.

Hours: Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, & Saturdays @ 12 - 4pm*
Located at: 255 State Street, Bridgeport, CT
Around the corner from the Library main entrance. 
            *Unless the library itself is closed. 

The Friends of the Bridgeport Public Library is charged with advocacy, fund-raising, and programming initiatives to help make our libraries thriving community centers of discovery and lifelong learning, as well as to enhance educational and cultural opportunities in the City of Bridgeport. The FBPL raises funds for the Library through used book sales, grants, special events, and tax deductible donations of books and money. 
Membership is free; all adult library card holders are automatically a Friend of BPL.
